RLIR 2024 - REFUND POLICY
  • Any cancellations by entrants before 1st November 2023 will be entitled to a full refund of the registration fee paid.
  • Any cancellation by entrants after 1st November 2023 and before 1st January 2024 will receive a 50% refund.
  • Any refund after the 1st January 2024, will be at the organiser’s discretion.

Event Cancellation:
If circumstances beyond the control of the organisers of The Royal Langkawi Regatta 2024 results in the cancellation of the event. The event refund policy will be as follows:

  • For event cancellation prior to 1st November 2023, the organisers will refund 90% of Boat Entry and Crew tickets.
  • For event cancellation, prior to 1st January 2024, the organisers will refund 50% of Boat Entry and Crew tickets.
  • Any event cancellation after 1st January 2023 will be at the organiser’s discretion.

Refunds shall apply to pre-paid Boat Entry fees and Crew ticket fees only. No other claims for compensation will be entertained. Participants should ensure they have adequate insurance including COVID-19 cover.
